This white chocolate base - our most “Hokkaido-inspired” in the lineup - is made with cacao butter extracted from the same organically grown Guatemalan cacao beans used across the entire nicao series, blended with whole milk powder and unrefined beet sugar, both from Hokkaido.
Into this base, we knead nicao’s house-roasted cacao nibs together with matcha from the historic Uji tea master, Horiishichimeien.
