Q. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of non-ice-cream products totalling ¥8,000 or more (including tax).

Our ice cream gift sets are priced with shipping included.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Q. Can I order chocolate and ice cream together?

Yes, you can purchase both in the same order.

Ice cream is shipped frozen, while chocolate and other products are dispatched separately. As a result, your items may arrive at different times.

Q. Will I receive a shipping notification?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

If your order is shipped in separate parcels, you will receive a notification for each shipment.

Q. Do you store my credit card information?

No. We do not store your credit card number or security code.

Credit card payments are processed securely through our payment service provider.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be arranged on request, depending on the destination country and the products ordered.

If shipping is possible, we will create a dedicated product page including the shipping cost and provide you with a link to place your order. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Any customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country are generally the customer's responsibility.
