1. Do you hold my financial details (e.g. credit card information) on file?
No. We are not aware of, nor do we store, your financial details at any stage during the transaction process.
2. Will you let me know when my order is dispatched?
Yes. We will notify you without delay, along with tracking details. Our preferred carrier is Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
3. Who is responsible for import taxes/customs fees/etc for orders sent outside of Japan?
This is the responsibility of the recipient of the order, and they will be billed directly by the carrier.
