37% Matcha White Chocolate with Cacao Nibs

nicao's 37% Matcha White Chocolate with Cacao Nibs combines cacao butter from a family-run farm in Guatemala with whole milk powder and unrefined beet sugar from Hokkaido, together with matcha from Uji, Kyoto.

The smooth sweetness of the white chocolate is balanced by the distinctive aroma and gentle bitterness of the matcha.

We also roast cacao beans from the same Guatemalan farm at our workshop in Niseko, turning them into cacao nibs that we add to the chocolate. Their roasted flavour and delicate crunch provide a contrast to the smooth texture of the white chocolate.

Each 50g bar is divided into 15 segments, making it easy to enjoy a little at a time or share with others.
