nicao's 68% Raspberry Dark Chocolate begins with our 70% Dark Chocolate, made with cacao beans imported directly from a family-run farm in Guatemala.
By adding raspberries to the 70% dark chocolate base, the cacao content of the finished bar becomes 68%. The bright tartness of the raspberries and their light texture complement the natural character of the cacao.
Made with unrefined beet sugar from Hokkaido and vanilla beans, this chocolate brings together the flavour of our dark chocolate and the gentle acidity of raspberries.
Each 50g bar is divided into 15 segments, making it easy to enjoy a little at a time or share with others.
