Made for nicao in Sapporo by a specialist ice cream manufacturer, using Hokkaido milk and beet sugar.

Double Chocolate
Chocolate ice cream made with cacao powder from directly imported, single-estate Guatemalan cacao, finished with handmade chips of our own 70% dark chocolate.

Smooth chocolate ice cream with crisp pieces of dark chocolate throughout — two expressions of the same cacao in one ice cream.

Matcha White Chocolate Chip
Matcha ice cream made with matcha from Horii Shichimeien in Uji, Kyoto, finished with handmade chips of our own white chocolate.

The fragrant, gently bitter matcha is balanced by the mellow sweetness of white chocolate, with crisp pieces of white chocolate throughout.

Three cups of each flavour are packed in a nicao original gift box and delivered frozen.
