Double Chocolate
Made with Hokkaido milk and beet sugar, with cacao powder made from directly imported, single-estate Guatemalan cacao. It is finished with handmade chocolate chips made from our own 70% dark chocolate.

Smooth chocolate ice cream with crisp pieces of dark chocolate throughout — two expressions of the same cacao in one ice cream.

Matcha White Chocolate Chip
Made with Hokkaido milk and beet sugar, with matcha from Horii Shichimeien in Uji, Kyoto. It is finished with handmade chips of our own white chocolate.

The fragrant, gently bitter matcha is balanced by the mellow sweetness of white chocolate, with crisp pieces of white chocolate throughout.

Passionfruit
Made with Hokkaido passionfruit juice and finished with handmade chips of our own dark chocolate.

The bright acidity of passionfruit is balanced by the depth of dark chocolate.

Only around 900 cups of this flavour have been produced. As the Hokkaido passionfruit used for it is difficult to source, producing the same flavour again is not straightforward.

Two cups of each flavour are packed in a nicao original gift box and delivered frozen.
